Chew Sutat

Non Executive Chairman 

A capital markets leader who served 14 years at the Singapore Exchange (SGX) as Senior Managing Director and a member of SGX’s executive management team, he was awarded Global Investor Asia Capital Markets Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021 upon retirement.

Prior to SGX, he held senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC Securities and DBS Bank.

Sutat serves as non-executive director and advisor to corporates , start ups, investment committees , foundations and non profits

He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore (IBF) & is immediate past Chairman of the Community Chest. He was awarded the Public Service Medal in 2023.

He is an Oxford graduate with First Class honours in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) and a Master of Arts.

​Sutat brings to TriveExec deep capital markets knowledge and extensive deal origination experience. With 30 years of comprehensive experience across buy, sell-side, trading and exchanges, he understands what investors, sponsors and exchanges look for in “listing-ready” and “acquisition-ready” companies— governance standards, equity narratives, valuation, primary execution and ingredients for secondary market success.

At TriveExec, he strengthens the platform’s access to funders and strategic buyers, elevates institutional partnerships, and provides valuable insight on capital raising pathways (private-to-public), positioning SMEs to secure better funding options and achieve premium exit outcomes

Chief Executive Officer

Elvin Too is the Chief Executive Officer of TriveExec, with extensive experience leading strategy, transformation and digital innovation across major organisations in Singapore and the USA.

Over the last four years, he has focused on coaching, advising and mentoring C-suite leaders, SME business owners and their successors. He takes great joy in helping them and their organizations uncover their potential.

 

A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (International Studies, Finance and Management), Elvin began his career at Bain & Company, and later held roles at Walmart and Microsoft.


Elvin brings to TriveExec a rare combination of big-enterprise transformation leadership and hands-on execution discipline. Having led end-to-end strategy and operating model change at Singtel, NTUC FairPrice and Singapore Post—especially in digital innovation, omnichannel growth and organisational restructuring—he knows how to translate ambition into measurable results.

At TriveExec, Elvin anchors the platform’s “Operate–Transform–Exit” mission by helping SME owners professionalise governance, strengthen performance, build scalable operating systems, and develop leaders who can drive change—so companies become truly exit-ready and valued at a premium.

Pauline is a seasoned corporate and human capital leader with over 25 years of experience driving organisation-wide transformation and talent strategy across regional enterprises.

 

As a business-oriented HR Managing Director, she has partnered closely with C-suite leaders to strengthen culture, improve retention, elevate performance, and build scalable people systems that support long-term growth.

Her expertise spans talent management, succession planning, organisational design, corporate development and large-scale project execution, with a strong track record in building high-performance environments. She has held senior leadership roles at ARA Asset Management and CGS International, leading strategic HR initiatives across multiple markets.

Pauline holds an MBA from Entrepreneurship Institute Australia and brings to TriveExec a people-first yet business-strong approach to enterprise transformation. As Chief Corporate Officer, she oversees HR strategy, operational excellence, leadership integration and organisational governance, helping companies scale with the right structure, culture and leadership in place.

At TriveExec, Pauline anchors the execution backbone—translating transformation roadmaps into disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes. She strengthens TriveExec’s ability to operationalise change through structured programme management, governance routines, performance systems and operating SOPs that investors expect, while supporting founders in building leadership depth and scalable organisations.

Chief Financial Officer

Ann Nee brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across major listed organizations and MNCs , guiding financial strategy, capital structure and growth-stage transformation, not only in Singapore but also for MNCs in Asia Pacific region. She has worked and lived in London and China and has served as Regional Finance Director for MNCs and as Chief Financial Officer for City Development Limited and Raffles Medical Group.

Her global financial management background spans healthcare, real estate , hospitality and multi national operations, with deep expertise in capital markets, risk management , governance and international business development and expansion.

Ann Nee is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (FCA of ICEAW) , the Singapore Institute of  Chartered Accountant ( FCA , Singapore ) and CPA Australia with extensive cross-jurisdiction professional standing . She holds a  Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Glasgow and a MBA from the University of Strathclyde.

She also completed the Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP) at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy , Tufts University in Boston with an emphasis on international relations, geopolitical strategy and economic policy.

Ann Nee has served as a Board member for the National Library Board as their Chairman for Audit and Risk Committee and has been appointed as Chairperson for Singapore Girl Guides National Council Audit & Risk Committee. She is also the Co-Chair for the Finance Committee for the Jurong Clementi Bukit Batok Town Councils.

At TriveExec, she works closely with the founders, boards and transformation teams, helping SMEs strengthen their finance functions, institutionalise governance and prepare for IPO and cross-border growth with confidence and discipline..

Ann Nee brings to TriveExec a strong CFO-grade finance and value creation capability , helping SMEs build the financial credibility and discipline required to become truly exit-ready . She strengthens TriveExec ‘s ability to professionalise a client’s financial management foundation – from upgrading management accounts, budgeting and forecasting , cash flow planning and working capital optimisation, to tightening internal controls and risk management and board level reporting.

Strategic Advisor

Carol brings more than three decades of financial leadership across Asia, defined by a leadership style grounded in clarity, connection, and the development of others.

As Group CEO of CGS International Securities since 2008, she has led three major internal mergers and oversees regional markets across Asia Pacific, with operations extending to London and New York. Previously, as Country Investment Banking CEO at CIMB, she played a key role in building the firm’s Singapore franchise and strengthening relationships with clients and regulators.

Carol currently serves as Chairman of the SGX Securities Advisory Committee and is an Independent Director of City Developments.

Her leadership has been recognised with honours including Influential Brands – Top CEO (2025), Women in Finance Asia– Excellence in Leadership (2024 )and the IBF Distinguished Fellow Award (2016).

As Strategic Advisor to TriveExec, Carol works closely with founders and executives on strategy, governance and market expansion. She brings a powerful combination of capital markets expertise, transformation leadership and executive coaching, helping SMEs build investor-grade businesses positioned for resilient growth and premium exits.

Strategic Technical Advisor

Vincent serves as TriveExec’s Strategic Technology Advisor, bringing deep, institutional-grade technology leadership across capital markets and financial infrastructure.

 

He is currently Chief Information Officer of STYL Solutions Pte Ltd, and has previously served as Chief Information Officer of NETS and CIMB-GK Securities, as well as Head of Platform Engineering  at SGX.

 

With extensive experience spanning exchanges, securities, payments, and enterprise platforms, Vincent helps TriveExec clients modernise core systems, technology architecture, and IT governance to support scale, resilience, and regulatory expectations.

 

He advises on platform transformation, system integration, cybersecurity, and operational risk controls, ensuring technology investments deliver performance, transparency, and investor confidence.

 

At TriveExec, Vincent strengthens the execution backbone by helping SMEs build secure, scalable, and investor-ready technology foundations critical for sustainable growth and exit readiness.
