Diagnose. Build. Deliver

Three moves, in that order. Most firms skip the first and assume the third. We work through all three - with you.

01

Diagnose

Before anything else, we need an honest picture of where the business stands.

TriveIQ is our diagnostic. It assesses the business across six dimensions, financial health, governance, operations, brand and market position, leadership, and exit readiness, and produces a score, a gap analysis, and a prioritised plan.

A 7-minute questionnaire* and you will receive a Dashboard Diagnostic and assessment of where your business stands.

If our report is spot on, book a partner consultation*. Most founders take one or the other before any conversation about working together.

02

Build

Once you know what’s missing, we’ll work with you for what’s next. A Strategic Action Plan. Value Maximisation.

Who goes in

Senior operators. People who’ve run businesses, raised capital, taken companies through listings, restructured operations, opened markets.

Every operator we work with has delivered, at the highest level, from the inside out. A founder preparing for a fund raise gets someone who’s been through PE raises from the operator’s side, not the advisor’s. A business that needs its operations packaged for scale gets someone who has packaged operations for scale. Same logic across finance, technology, brand, regional expansion, leadership.

The team is matched to the gaps. Not one exec per function. The right people for the situation in front of them.

What they actually do

There’s no template engagement. The diagnosis tells us what needs building, and the team builds it.

That might mean rebuilding the financial reporting so it stands up to investor scrutiny. Putting in the governance a board would expect. Fixing the operating model so the business can scale without breaking. Repositioning the brand so the market sees what the founder built.

How it works on the ground

Our operators sit alongside your team, in meetings, integrating in the operating cadence. They’re accountable to you and to the milestones in the plan. They don’t write reports and leave. They build, they hand over, and they stay until the work holds.

When the job is done, they go. The business keeps the work, the systems, the people.

03

Deliver

The work prepares the business for what comes next, capital raise, IPO, trade sale, MBO, regional expansion, succession. The pathway is yours to choose. Our job is to make sure the business is ready for it, and to stand alongside you when you walk into the room.

How an engagement runs

MONTH 1

Discovery and Diagnosis

TriveIQ Full, leadership interviews, financial and operational review. We come out with a clear picture of what needs to happen.

MONTH 2

The Plan

We sequence the work, choose the pathway, scope the team. You sign off before anyone is deployed.

MONTH 3 ONWARDS

We run on your cadence. Weekly progress, monthly board-level reporting, milestones with names against them. Most engagements run three months or more.

The Build

OUTCOME

The Value Event

The team supports execution and stays until the work holds.

What it costs

TriveIQ is straight forward, $280 for the initial diagnostic report.

If you like what you see, book in for a partner consultation at $1,500 and we will work with you to build and scope the engagement.

The team is sized to the gaps, the pathway, and the timeline. We’ll give you a clear number once we’ve done the diagnosis.

What we can say upfront: a fractional engagement with us typically runs at 30-50% of the cost of equivalent full-time hires, and serves to reinforce the business.

We’re paid to build value. That’s how the model works.

We work for the founder.

Not the transaction.
