TriveExec Holdings Pte Ltd ("TriveExec", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and any other information you provide when you contact us, take the TriveIQ™ assessment, or engage our services.
2. Why We Collect It (Purpose Limitation & Notification)
We collect personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver the TriveIQ™ diagnostic and report, provide advisory and fractional executive services, send relevant updates or insights (with your consent), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We will notify you of the purpose of collection at or before the time of collection.
3. Consent
By submitting your information through our website or assessment, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes stated above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at insights@triveexec.com, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
